 You can't catch it
But there is no cure
Ask me questions
And I'll tell you more

It's not contagious
So don't run away
I live with Autism...
Every single day

It's not to be feared
Try to understand
Autism doesn't mean
We're from another land

We are simply different
But special and unique
So don't judge us
If we don't always speak

We are all individual
We're not all the same
I am one of a kind
And have my own name

Autism is a spectrum
Ranging from high to low
It varies so greatly
There is so much to know

If it hasn't touched you
Then one day it just might
So be one step ahead
By having a good insight

Don't live in ignorance
Open your heart and your mind
And you'll learn about Autism
And one of a kind
